LATE ARRIVALS
Depending on circumstances, we may be forced to shorten or reschedule
your appointment. If your treatment is shortened, it will end on time
so that the next guest will not be delayed. CANCELLATIONS
We understand that special circumstances are unavoidable
and a cancellation may be necessary. If you find yourself unable to
keep an appointment, we request a 24–hour notice. Guests who
do not honor their appointments or cancel in less than 24 hours may
be charged a cancellation fee.
CHILDREN
For the comfort of all our guests and the enjoyment of your
experience, children are not permitted in our spa unless they are
receiving services. We kindly ask that children in the salon are supervised
in our reception area while you are being serviced. CELL
PHONES/PAGERS
In order to maintain our peaceful atmosphere, we request
that you turn off your cell phone and/or pager when visiting our salon
and spa. HEALTH CONCERNS
Please notify our scheduling staff when reserving your appointment
if you have high blood pressure, allergies or other physical ailments
or if you are pregnant or have any disabilities. If you are having
waxing, please let us know if you are taking any antibiotics, Accutane
or are using any retinoids. |

WHAT TO WEAR
If you are having a hair color service, gowns are provided.
We highly recommend that you change into the gown as Salon Rouge can
not assume responsibility for clothing that has been damaged due to
hair color. Open–toed sandals and loose pants are recommended
if you are having a pedicure service. Spa robes are provided for you
to wear during your visit. Facial gowns are provided for those having
skin care services. ALCOHOL
We do not allow alcohol to be served in our spa. Most of our massage
treatments affect circulation and detoxification. They may intensify
the harmful effects of alcohol in your system. JEWELRY/VALUABLES
Please leave all valuables ie., jewelry and watches at home.
Salon Rouge is not liable for lost or stolen belongings.
PAYMENT
Payment is made at the end of your visit at the reservation
desk. We accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover or Cash as a form of payment.
Personal checks must contain an in–state address with a valid
Pennsylvania ID. A $25 fee will be charged for any returned checks.
If a Salon Rouge Gift Certificate is your form of payment, we request
that you bring it with you and present it to our reservations specialist
upon checkout. GRATUITY
